WORKING TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:

The Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO). contains his terms

If The FCO meets the buyer acceptance The Seller issues Draft Contract review and signatureand commercial invoice for bank use . FEES of this decuments IS 1350 USD can be whaved in case you provide LC MT705 or contact us (مستقل) we pay fees under our condetions

the Buyer bank issues agreed LC (MT 700) bank to bank send back along with the Draft Contract Approved and Signed or with Amendments approved by the seller. or if the buyer want video or picture or visit stock location as POP it should be after LC MT 700 ISSUANCE OR THROUGH BANK REQUEST LC MT705 At this point Seller confirms and issues Pro-forma invoice and issue pop (proof of product) to the BUYER, SGS/Q&Q, certificate of Origin, ownership, videos. All from the seller bank to the buyer bank. Buyer is permitted to VISIT LOADING PORT for the SGS Inspection before loading and shipment.
